In Memorium
Wayne Miyamoto

Where human nature separates its incarnations in culture and unifies our human commonalities in art, Wayne was a singular figure. As a leader and educator his vision reached around the globe. For the students whose aesthetics were formed in the fire Wayne tended, for the community enriched by his intellect and energy, for those of us fortunate enough to call him friend, Wayne Miyamoto created a special luminescence.
